Amazing and delicious food! Ordered the dry pot and loved all the spices they added. The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress was so friendly and kind. The prices are fair for the portion size. I don’t eat pork, so the waitress was able to substitute and recommend a different option for me. Always a great spot to get great food.

I love it. For Mara style hot pot in Richmond, it’s the best option. The inside of the restaurant is freshly renovated and clean and there were many fresh options to select for your dish. There’s lotus root, tofu skin, taro, large shrimp, shaved beef, and even frog legs. You can even make your own dipping sauce combinations.

I had eaten here many times before the renovations when they did Hot Pot. They just reopened today focusing on their noodle dishes and I got their beef fried noodles. I'm a sucker for FRESH onions and scallions, and they had plenty, very crisp and snappy. The cabbage and bean sprouts also made it very refreshing. The beef was extremely tender, lightly seasoned, and that let the flavorful meat shine through. The noodles are a perfect balance of firm and tender and they carry the sauce so delicately into the mouth. I got the fountain drink, however I do wish I had gotten a tea, as this would go so well with an oolong or green tea, though the fountain does have free refills, so that's a good consideration when ordering. The prices are fair, not cheap yet not overly high. I am definitely going to be continuing to visit here regularly, even if it's no longer a hot pot destination.

You walk into the restaurant and grab a bowl. Fill your bowl with ingredients of mushrooms, vegetables, proteins, and seafood. Take a pound or more of these ingredients to the counter and choose if you want a hot pot or a dry pot. Both are equally delicious. You will be full for a low price. Staff is friendly and helpful through the dining experience. I will be back, most likely this week.

What a unique way of delivering Chinese comfort food! There are close to one hundred raw ingredients range from variety of meat, seafood, meat balls, seafood balls, noodles, soy products, and vegetables. They all are cleaned and cut. First thing you need to do is grab a bowl from the sanitize oven, next pick what you want to eat. Be aware the raw ingredients will be weighted and it can get pricey. At the register/weight station, you will need to let them know how you want your food to be cooked. It can be cooked in a delicious broth or it can be stir fried. They are known for their hot and numbing sauce. My mom had her food cooked in non-spicy broth (Hot Pot). It was delicious! I will have to get that next time. I had dry Spicy Pot. It was just what I was craving for. You can get your food in four spicy level as No Spicy, Mild, Medium, or Hot. They also offer a good selection of Appetizers and Combo meals. Be adventures, try a few new things. Feel free to ask questions, the people who work there would be happy to help you out. Service was wonderful. It is a great new addition to the West End!

This plaaaaace is perfect!!! This is The REAL hot pot place around Richmond. Confirmed by my Asian ancestor's gene, lol. If you are not good at eating spicy food, then order mild level. Its kinda spicy but not that spicy you know. I mean.. this place is just too good. Sometimes they play k-pop music also i liked it haha. Anyway the food here is just awesome!!!!!! Also the price is reasonable. I paid around 17. (Included tax&tips) I love this place.

This place has great quality hot pot ingredients that you select yourself, they’ll charge by weight, then you can choose whether you want a dry pot (stir fry base) or hot pot (soup base). We got the dry pot and it was super delicious paired with our dipping sauce and rice which comes with the dry pot. I only have two suggestions, which is to add potato slices and to correct the opening hours on Sundays. The waiter said they opened at noon but Google said 10:30am so people were waiting for a while.

The restaurant is so clean and spacious. My husband and I had both dry pot and hot pot. If you can eat spicy ramen then you will like spicy level of the pot!! And Chinese drink options are highly recommended. We were happy to find New Hotpot place in Richmond.
